RTM is now hiring! RTM Business Group specializes in B2B engagement platforms for C-level executives, offering an alternative to traditional marketing and trade show models. As a full-service events company, RTM works with innovators and thought leaders across a multitude of industries to produce original program content. Sales and Account Management Executive

RTM is looking for superstars to help grow our sales and account management team. This is an entry-level/junior role with extensive training both at the start and ongoing. Upon completion of training, you’ll be given ownership of a specific topic area within a vertical market. You will become a subject matter expert and engage with C-level executives in your field, have high level conversations and effectively drive revenue.

The Account Management Team at RTM is a group of enthusiastic, client-focused individuals whose objective is to engage and obtain new service providers, focusing on industries important to our business. The team is dedicated to growing RTM’s portfolio and events.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience – Solutions-based sales knowledge a plus
  • Self-starter; ability to work independently, but also fit into a strong team environment
  • Creative problem solver, resourceful and able to think strategically
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational skills
  • Prospecting new clients, generating sales leads and closing business
  • Values learning and ongoing feedback
  • Competitive and determined attitude
